Schönes und geräumiges Apartment für 3-4 Personen. 2 Bäder sogar und genug Platz mit Waschmaschine. Es hat uns alles gut gefallen.
Das Apartment ist im EG somit kommt nicht viel Sonne rein. Es ist daher etwas kühl und man hat keine grandiose Aussicht. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Alles in allem fanden wir es super!

The appartment was a great size and really nicely furnished. Perfect for our short break but I could see being very comfortable there for longer.
The location is good, short walk to a nice sandy beach with a cafe and a short drive to Falmouth and Penryn.
The team who run the appartment were lovely. Instant and helpful replies to questions via the app. They also left a lot of useful info in the appartment to help get around.
Will definitely stay with this team again if we come back to Cornwall.

Really comfortable apartment, large social space, comfortable living area, light and airy, great beds. Location very close to a glorious beach. You can hear the waves from the bedrooms if you open the windows! Milk, tea and coffee supplied.

Comfortable.
The listing description is highly misleading, it does not have parking at the beach as implied. The parking is at the flat which is a brisk 10 minute walk from the beach!
The letting company made contact just before arrival to try and obtain a last minute £100 deposit despite there being no mention of this at the time of booking and paying. I would advise ignoring this.
