Infierno de 5 días

Lo único destacable es la ubicación del alojamiento, que es muy buena y la chica de la limpieza es amable.

Absolutamente nada. Se trata de un piso dividido en 4 habitaciones, cada una con su cerradura. Nada más entrar en la habitación el olor que hacía a desagüe te echaba para atrás, provocándote náuseas. Se trata de un espacio interior oscuro, húmedo y muy muy sucio, con cucarachas incluidas, corriendo de un lado para otro. Tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas estaban desgastadas, rotas y manchadas. El desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado, teniendo que estar pendiente a cada rato de que no se saliera el agua. El balcón de la habitación da a un patio interior frío en el que escuchas los ruidos de todos los vecinos. La pequeña nevera que hay suena como un motor de feria y encima congela toda la comida y bebida (no hay opción de regular la temperatura). Pero lo peor (y que no se menciona en el alojamiento) es que justo pegado a la habitación hay una lavadora y secadora juntas funcionando casi todo el dia de manera ininterrumpida (menos por la noche) y que hacen un ruido insoportable que no te deja descansar. Como están justo al lado, el suelo de la habitación y las paredes vibran. El espejo que hay colgado en la pared y el cabecero de la cama se tambalean continuamente debido al funcionamiento de estos dos electrodomésticos, lo que se convierte en un infierno el poder descansar. Esta situación se la comenté por WhatsApp a Dave y su respuesta fue que lo lamentaba y que tratarían de respetar las horas de descanso, lo cual hicieron caso omiso durante los 5 días que estuve, a pesar de haberle insistido nuevamente. Lo único que demuestra aquí, aparte de poca profesionalidad y empatía, es que sólo les interesa facturar y que el huésped no tiene ninguna importancia, a pesar de todos los comentarios negativos que tiene el alojamiento. La chica de la limpieza está en el piso todas las mañanas hasta las 15h por lo que si quieres descansar ya no se puede, ya que nada más entrar empieza con la primera lavadora del día.

Todo un desastre . Sucio con cucarachas , toallas super gastadas , sábanas con agujeros, la ducha sin el soporte para el duchador. Reserve una noche porque llegaba temprano y cuando llegué al lado de la habitación estaba funcionando un Lavarropas y un secarropss. No pude dormir . Llame a Pefor que era le conagg TV creo que figura en el link de Booking , me dijo que no me podían cambiar de cuarto y que me devolverían €46 x la falta de limpieza . No me devolvieron nada y tampoco dieron a limpiar. Deberían retirar esta propiedad. Es un fraude

Lugar lúgubre, sucio y con nula atención al cliente

Estuve dos noches, nada más llegar intenté entrar usando la clave que me facilitaron via app pero no era la que me habilitaba, una vez hice la correspondiente llamada y entré a la habitación pude observar que la habitación no se corresponde con las fotos, lo único que han hecho bien los responsables de este "alojamiento" han sido esas fotos. de primeras, llegué y pude observar que no habían fregado el suelo en mucho tiempo, la primera noche, llegué al alojamiento sobre las 5 de la mañana, siendo necesario para entrar accionar un link, link que no funcionaba, después de aproximadamente 50 llamadas que no respondieron en ninguno de los dos números de atención que facilitan, 1h y 30 min despúes, me respondieron vía whatshapp y me comentaron que procederían a la devolución del importe de la noche en cuestión, que había sido un fallo de desconectar el wifi del que depende dicho link. Después de esto, cuando volví a requerirles para que procediesen a dicha devolución no han vuelto a contestar. Además de todo lo anterior, el pasillo está lleno de cucarachas y la habitación igual. en resumen, un auténtico despropósito, sensación de dejadez y suciedad absoluta, mi relación con este establecimiento no va a acabar aquí, la experiencia ha sido tan desagradable que voy a reclamar en consumo,en su caso en los tribunales y por supuesto, que pondré en conocimiento de la Dirección General de Salud Pública el asunto de las cucarachas.

Эти твари спиздили все, еще украли мою сумку Шанель, айфон 15 про макс, обложку под паспорт, где лежал паспорт, три дебетовые карты и эмирейтс айди. Есть все подтверждающие улики этого.

La ubicación, es lo único que vale la pena.

No hay personal. Solo contacto por WhatsApp. Y la mayoría de las veces no contestan. Hay que insistir mucho o llamar por teléfono. En 9 días vinieron una sola vez a limpiar. La chica que limpia era muy amable, pero los dueños o gerentes, bastante mal.
