The bed was very comfortable and the artwork in the room was a nice touch. Thoroughly enjoyed joyed our stay.

Great location, close to metro stations but walking distance to all the major attractions.
Big, comfortable bed and plenty of towels/robe.
Aircon was a life saver given the 35 degree temperature!
Room & bathroom was very clean
Lovely building
Didn’t realise the toilet was across the corridor, was fine but not as private as expected.
Needed an additional pillow but no one was available.
Wasn’t sure whether we could use the communal kitchen, didn’t state on the booking so just ate out instead - not all bad!

he location is perfect, right on Via XX Settembre, making it very easy to explore Rome. The room itself was good and comfortable.
I am leaving this feedback for improvement. The chair in the room was broken, which caused me to fall, and it was never replaced during my stay. There were also failures regarding the breakfast service. Most importantly, I felt my privacy was invaded during cleaning: my clothes and underwear were handled and mixed (clean with dirty), and my toothbrush was thrown away. I reported these issues via WhatsApp but received no response. I hope these points are addressed for future guests.
