Location perfect close to the city centre, our host was lovely and room was very simple, clean and overall comfortable.
We could hear our neighbors or anyone in the hallway through the door and then also through the walls. It was a bit uncomfortable since they arrived late. Anyway the walls could be a bit more soundproof.
Bathroom is not connected to the room directly so you had to go on the hallway where each room had its own bathroom - a bit unpractical and lacking a bit of privacy. On the other hand bathrobes were provided.
Balcony was connected for two rooms so we had to share it with other guests.

The location is in the heart of Rome! It’s near everything by walk! Will definitely recommend it!
The light shut off but the host Jimmy came to help us turn on the electrical supply

We stayed 3 nights, we never saw the receptionist. The cleaning lady spoke no English or Italian
They had a nice jacuzzi, but we were missing handles in the tub. Difficult to get out of tub.
Very anonymous, we never met anybody.
