Dealing with Big Fish Realty, they were very rude and threatened me when I clearly verified my stay on Saturday and have proff thru text!😡

Disaster. Big Fish Rentals = Horrible, Unethical Company. Avoid.

Great views. But Big Fish Rental, the short-term property management company, their horrible job overshadowed the positives. As the host of out-of-town guests, I was humiliated & will never rent anything they manage.

Big Fish Rentals turned this into a Big Awful Experience. My extended family had driven about 10 hours from the Midwest and arrived around 2:00 PM. The unit appeared ready, but Big Fish Rentals would not allow us to check in early, so seven adults and an infant ended up wandering the aisles of Kroger & sidewalks in the rain waiting for 4:00 PM. 4:00 PM finally arrived! But... Big Fishy Rentals still did not send the access code. I do not do this often, so I was searching everywhere thinking I had missed something. I had not — they simply had not sent it. Wi-Fi also never worked. My brother-in-law works online and had to attend an international business meeting tethered to my iPhone hotspot, which kept cutting out. It was embarrassing for me and made him look unprofessional. I troubleshot the router and modem, repeatedly followed up, and Big Fishy Rentals gave us the runaround without providing a real solution. Lastly -- $860 for two weekday nights in Myrtle Beach. Not worth it.
