I absolutely love the location as well as the amenities. We enjoyed a day at the water park.
The 10 bedroom home upon arriving was beautiful when you walked in until….. Once I brought my things in I noticed the blinds were missing from the sliding doors leading to the pool. The area rug in the living space severely dirty along with the sectional that smelled like syrup. The runner rug at front door was filthy. Certain walls doors etc were all dirty. Pee stains on some of the toilet seats with paper wrapped around the toilet as if they cleaned it. Kitchen had rusted pots and pans. No complimentary anything.
I messaged the guest and they sent a guy the next day he wiped down one thing and left. He didn’t say he was leaving or anything. So I messaged guest and told him we took it upon ourselves to buy Lysol and clean. My husband mopped and cleaned the floors as best as he could. It looked and smelled much better when he was done.
The slide in the loft is broken so be careful with small children. My 6yr old grand daughter injured her arm. We paid over $1200 for 3 days and it wasn’t worth the value.
I rent and sell vacation homes all the time as a Florida Realtor, and was a Airbnb host. This could’ve been a great experience and I wanted it to be, but it wasn’t the best so I gave it a 6.
