Good but needs work.

We liked the proximity to the beach and the views were spectacular. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it in the evening.

Our rental was not cleaned very well. There was dust all over the walls in the half bath, power outlets were hanging from the walls and the exhaust fan cover was hanging down. The popcorn ceiling was coming down in multiple spots. The majority of our stay our rental smelled heavily of Marijuana. The elevators kept getting stuck on the 17th floor.
