The location is excellent. Right next to the famous Taj hotel. A couple of minutes walk from Leopold cafe. Right near the Gateway of India. Many bars and restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
Five flights of stars to get into the hotel. There is no lift. There was no hot water and no water at all from the tap into the hand basin. We told staff but no one came to fix it. The room was very small. There was just two of us in the room. Aircon didn’t work. I was there in Monsoon which didn’t help. Spent too much time in the room because of the rain. I think it would be much nicer with better weather so one could go out all day and just sleep in the room.
