The staff were attentive, welcome and very helpful. Kitchen facilities are accessible 24/7. Close to Mega Park with supermarket, and near some tourist attraction spot - walkable range.
Only two shower rooms, sometimes you have to wait.
The bedroom has neither a fan nor air conditioning; it feels hot even in September.

It is room next to the street and no window. Lot of street noise with lot of traffic. Breakfast is not realtya b fast they really could up grade that a notch or two.
Shores need lot of maintenance attention same as the toilets and washroom sink. Floor is constantly wet due to showers a pond poor way of getting drained after guest are taking shower.

Excellent customer service: 24/7 operational, adorable lady Zina who will prepare morning porrige and boiled eggs for you with a smile. Excellent location next to the hyper centre with Aty Arbat vibrant atmosphere, an Irish pub next door and a lot of small affordable local eateries around. You can just walk to reach the big bazaar or the hustorical centre. Pet-friendly as well, which is still extremely rare in Central Asia.
The place is on the second floor without a lift, quite a challenge if you don’t travel light. The facîities are quite obsolete but clean and always available, anyway, you are not supposed to stay in the room all the day, are you???

The staff is good and helpful.
It is clearly stated that my room was an ac room but there is no AC so it was quite hot when I stay there in August. The staff gave me a fan at night.
