The hostel was 24/7. Although the door was not open 24/7, there’s a staff guarding the door if u will go out early or arriving late.
Bachang, the receptionist was friendly and accomodating
It’s kinda far from the tourist area and the metro. Although, there’s a bus station 200m away, the buses in Kazakhstan do not accept cash. So i have to book yandex to the nearest metro.

The Miss of Front-desk clerk. She is outgoing, helpful，understanding… And, room is clean and tidy.
The bathroom a little swipe ，hahaha…

The location was good and it was on the ground floor.
My room was dirty, dark, and smelled bad, giving me a really unpleasant feeling. There were also way too many beds in the room, and overall I was truly dissatisfied.
