La posizione è ottima: centrale e comoda per spostarsi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e vicina a buoni ristoranti. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate, personale sempre gentile, disponibile. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni aspetto, sicuramente consigliato :)

Nice clean room great communal area , free tea coffee snacks etc good view . Host was superb communicator and let us arrive early which was so helpful to get out the extreme heat . Thank you
Stairs were difficult in extreme heat no air inside but nice cool room on arrival

Stanza molto spaziosa e comoda. Vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici (che però non sono molto affidabili).
Ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze molto buoni.
Le condizioni dell'edificio in generale lasciano a desiderare. L'impossibilità di usare l'ascensore è un po' una pecca, soprattutto se si devono trasportare bagagli pesanti per 3 piani. Inoltre il balcone da sulla corte interna un po' fatiscente. Peccato.
La colazione è molto risicata.

Placed in a decent neighborhood, considering the Napoli standards. Multiple rooms each with their own bathroom in basically one big apartment. Guy taking care of it is very friendly and can help with recommendations around. Many restaurants in the area.
Misleading pictures taken with a wide angle camera, the standard room number 4 only has around 9.5 maybe 10 square meters. Issues in the bathroom with the shower drain, you can’t take a 3 minute shower cause it turns into a pool and will overflood the apartment. The glazed window is very old and of very poor quality, noise insulation from outside is a joke. Starting 4:30AM you will hear loud scooters and garbage trucks, making it impossible to sleep.
