We spent a wonderful month at Terranova Vort Yamabukicho. I can only say positive things. The cleanliness was exceptional, the atmosphere was fresh, and the surroundings were beautiful. Despite being in the heart of Shinjuku, the hotel is very cozy, with quiet mornings and nights. There is lots of greenery in the neighborhood, and it is close to the charming Kagurazaka area.Transportation is very convenient, with two relatively close subway stations and a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you straight to the central areas of Shinjuku. Nearby, there are 24-hour convenience stores, two pizzerias, various restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket next to the Edogawabashi subway station.The hosts showed a very responsible, warm, and caring attitude. The instructions for using the rooms and equipment were clear, and there was great attention to every detail and to the customer. They were always willing to help and explain, and we received timely and detailed answers to all our questions. Although the hotel does not have a reception desk, we never felt alone or unsafe for a moment. There was discretion and care throughout our stay without being intrusive.We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and would definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tokyo!

The big beds were comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The washing machines was very nice to have. Over all it was a comfortable stay.t
The water heater was not user friendly.

Room very big and bedroom is 3 kingbed!! All is new with good and safe area.
Quite far little bit from middle shopping shinjuku area, but high recommend to take Bus no.61 at front of apartment, only one stop to shopping area shinjuku, exellent!!!
