Very clean, staff was very nice, the room was quiet and comfortable, and it allowed meeting other people without worrying about leaving your belongings unattended. Building felt very secure and amenities were provided. Daily room cleaning was provided which we were not expecting. It’s also a few steps away from Bar Il Pappagallo which is both a historical establishment and open 24/7 for lunch, breakfast, and dinner. It is well connected to public transportation too.
I wish it had a communal washing machine, and provided an extra set of keys so we could go places separately. None of this was important compared to the pros.

Ambiente agradável.
Falta de coisas básicas como pratos e talheres no espaço compartilhado. Forno e fogão avariados. Sem utensílios básicos.
