Perfectly balanced price-quality ratio

1. Very nice, polite and caring host, she was available during the whole stay and was very involved. Bravo! 2. There are few inconveniences, but for this price (I paid 173€ for 3 nights) the apartment is great. 3. Having a good heating system in Paris is rare. Here the apartment was very warm with centralised heating system.

1. Certain things need to be replaced or fixed (taps in the bathroom for example). 2. The appartement was not very clean.
