The size and location and ease of access was great. The cleanliness of the place was not.

The house was not cleaned properly before we arrived. There were several live and dead bugs throughout the property. I have pictures of what we saw when we arrived. We rehashed all of the linens as there were hairs on a few of the beds. There was also hairs in the cutlery drawers. Some of the fan remote batteries were dead so I bought new batteries for the remotes.

It was a peaceful area. Very quiet and loved the sounds of birds. I was able to see firefly’s

I loved where it was. They have a lot of trees. It was a quiet neighborhood.

The beds had stands on them and I had to wash the cover, sheets, and mattress covers. They don’t have a broom to clean. The BBQ grill was dirty also.
