Palazzo Petta Charming Suites & Rooftop

Without a doubt, the kindest hosts we have ever encountered. We arrived in Trani for a five-day stay at this breathtaking hotel and were greeted with the warmest welcome. The architect himself showed us around, sharing the thoughtful design choices behind every tasteful, chic detail. They also took us on a short tour of the area, pointing out their favourite restaurants and bars. We have never stayed somewhere where the staff went so far above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like family. Tragically, we lost our baby due to a miscarriage while we were staying there. From that moment on, they did everything possible to care for us: bringing drinks to our room, checking whether we needed food, medication, or a doctor, and guiding us as English guests who didn’t know where to turn. They carried out regular welfare checks and stayed in close contact with us via WhatsApp. Each morning, the breakfast was incredible and delicious. The rooftop offers stunning views over the sea and harbour. On checkout, they gifted us a small bottle of local olive oil, a thoughtful touch that meant so much. It still brings tears to my eyes thinking about how they made our trip bearable during such a painful time. We can’t wait to return one day and will recommend this hotel to everyone we meet. A group of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, who deserve nothing but the very best on their journey.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Deluxe con vista mare e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. La struttura è molto bella, curata e soprattutto pulitissima. Il letto è comodissimo e abbiamo trovato il bagno semplicemente splendido, dotato di tutti i prodotti necessari e di una doccia molto bella e comoda. La posizione è fantastica: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal porto di Trani, perfetta per vivere la città comodamente senza utilizzare la macchina. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito più di tutto è stata l’accoglienza dei proprietari. Sono persone davvero squisite, dolci, cordiali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Si percepisce chiaramente quanto amino quello che fanno e quanta passione mettano nell’accogliere i propri ospiti. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento.

Sinceramente non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo e la struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative.

Soggiorno TOP! Abbiamo soggiornato a Palazzo Petta a Trani e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è davvero suggestiva, curata nei minimi dettagli e situata in una posizione eccellente, ideale per visitare il centro storico e vivere l’atmosfera di Trani anche la sera. La camera era accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata, e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il fascino storico del palazzo, unito a tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Un plauso anche alla disponibilità e alla cortesia dello staff, sempre gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Posizione, servizi,atmosfera, pulizia e accoglienza sono sicuramente i punti di forza di questa struttura. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, che consigliamo senza esitazione a chi vuole soggiornare a Trani in una struttura caratteristica e in una posizione strategica. Ci torneremo volentieri!
