Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the accommodation to offer good value for money.
The location is very strategic and convenient for exploring the area. Considering the location and price point, the size of the house is reasonable, although guests should be aware that space is somewhat limited. The property was clean upon arrival, and all the essential amenities were provided, making our stay comfortable.
We also appreciated the host's kindness and flexibility. They allowed us to check in slightly earlier without any additional charge, which was very helpful and greatly appreciated.
One thing to note is that the room is located on the 4th floor with no elevator access. This was challenging for us with elderly guests and heavy luggages. However, if you plan to spend most of your day sightseeing and only need to go up and down once or twice a day, it is still manageable.
The bed was a little firmer than our preference. Guests traveling in a smaller group may find the sofa bed to be a more comfortable alternative if available for use.

ロケーションがJR山手線の大塚駅のすぐ近くでかなり良い。
周りにお店もかなり多くて本当に充実している。
個人的には、すぐ近くにサウナ付きの銭湯がある点も良かった。
池袋やサンシャインシティにも歩いていけたり、周りに公園なども多く治安も良い。
サンシャインシティの中に有名なポケモンセンターもあった。
部屋がかなり綺麗。
設備も揃っている上に、Nintendo Switchのゲームまであり、ボードゲームも使って遊べるようにもなっていて最高でした。
迷ったらここの部屋を選んだら確実だと思います。
