Front desk staff was great, very helpful. The room was clean.
There was an issue with the door lock. We weren't the only one with an issue. We were told the it is an ongoing issue, it really should be fixed.

Location was perfect . Was quite in hallways, so easy to relax and sleep. Staff was easy to talk to. All staff were polite and had smiles.
Air conditioner was broken in the room. No fan in room at all. Hot tub was out of order also. No ice machine really, they had a mini ice cube maker that made enough for one water bottle but that's it .
