L’emplacement, l’établissement très récent et fonctionnel, la salle de sport, et surtout le personnel qui a été incroyable

The facilities
In our bathroom, the toilet was leaking, so it smelled like piss. We asked the staff to clean it (and they did), but we didn't know that the toilet was leaking, so later it reoccurred, then I found out that the toilet needs to be fixed; otherwise it will smell like piss again.
Also there was no space under the bed or anywhere else to unpack my backpack; the locker is not enough.

The buildings and the beds were really nice, and is well located, close to the harbour.
Staff and volunteers, they were really drunk all the time, they were rude while playing beerpong, instead of trying to make a “family” and include everyone, they were fighting with the customers. Also one of the bartenders told me he had to vomit before making my cocktail… we ordered pizzas from the bar and they spent 1.30 hrs to bring it to us, and before asked us to go and get it.. such a bad team. Sad, cause the hostel is really nice.
