The room was basic but did the job. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the family room, at no extra cost, which was a lovely big room. We were a 10 minute walk away from the seafront, which was a bonus. Overall a good experience.
There was a kettle in the room but nothing to make a hot drink with. The tv would have been better on the wall in the bedroom. It would’ve have been more comfortable to have a small sofa in the tv area, rather than the table and 2 chairs. Other than that we were happy with the room.

Mo the owner couldn't do enough Tish and Charlie were great staff . Everything was done to make me comfortable and the breakfasts were very good as well.

Paid £30 for 2 of us on a Saturday when the fireworks were on and for that price it was a bargain. The place is in need of modernisation but the room was very clean and comfortable.
Brew making facilities would of been a bonus but it’s not the end of the world
