Lovely family run business I have illnesses and my son has autism and every request I asked like extra bedding and towels and they were soo kind and helpful to my son loved staying here will stay again in a heart beat nothing was to much and it was sooo nice to have a family run business where the family care also had WiFi so u could watch tv in your room as i said me and my son loved our stay 10/10

The host, Eric, was extremely polite and friendly. He ensured that we had everything we needed where possible and listened if we had any issues and was very prompt with all communication.
The guest house was a short walk from the sea-front and central pier, making it very easy to access any attractions without the need to use public transport/tram services.
The price was reasonable for the amenities and facilities offered.
The room was lacking in space, both in the room itself and in the en-suite. There was room to walk around the double bed to get to the room door, and the en-suite you could just about turn around in, there was a small chest of drawers and bedside table in which to store clothes so for a family of four staying for 3 nights we found this to be challenge.
The guest house is currently outdated, and so, some of the floors were uneven, and modernising the guest house would certainly help to attract more guests.

Clean comfortable room. Warm welcome from host and lots of clear information beforehand. Complimentary tea and coffee with honesty box for chargeable items. Even a few books for small children and adults. Free wifi. Great location only a short walk from central attractions and places to eat.
Window in bedroom was locked open so couldn't shut the noise out. Would have asked about it but it was late by the time I realised

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean but basic.
The rooms were basic and central heating was broken although an electric radiator was provided. The en suite was very small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made lots of noise when you moved. It showed a bar area on the photos but we didn't see one or get told about one.
