It's a nice hotel wayy too many stairs for me and my son we can't walk too well but it's nice and clean and friendly enough

I'm giving five stars, because I have been coming to Blackpool four times in five years. And all the other hotels are basically the same quality. Because everything in Blackpool is very old. But the quality of service I received at The Avon Hotel has been excellent.
The owner gives you his personal phone number, if you need something. The location is perfect if you are going to The Winter Gardens, the tower or the beach. Near the plenty of restaurants and things to do. Very secure hotel. Only people staying there have a key to get into the hotel. And the hotel has a Ring camera doorbell. I'm from the states and I know hotels I have been to in Coventry, Glasgow are very different to what Americans expect from a hotel. London and Manchester have the same quality of hotels like the states. If you are going to Blackpool and want to be walking distance from everything. Stay at the Avon hotel.
