Zum Schlafen reichts. Oder so. Betten Knarten wie sonst was.

Als Person mit Staup Allergie war die Wohnung echt nicht geil. Selbst mit einer nicht so stark ausgeprägten. Auf der Couch schlafen ging daher nicht, weil diese sich scheinbar nie vom Fleck bewegt hat.

Ruhestörung, Hygienemängel

Check in hat geklappt.

Die Wohnungen scheinen überwiegend an Gastarbeiter vergeben zu werden, die sich gar nicht an die Ruhezeiten halten. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden (sogar von Anwohnern) kam es regelmäßig zu Ruhestörungen. Teilweise wurde bis 1 Uhr nachts getrunken und gepöbelt,was es unmöglich machte, in Ruhe zu schlafen! Auch das Verhalten ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl Aschenbecher vorhanden waren, wurden Zigarettenkippen einfach auf die Straße geworfen. Man konnte auch selber nicht in Ruhe rauchen ohne angemacht zu werden von den Männern. Obwohl uns sichtlich unwohl wahr, haben sie keine Ruhe gelassen. Als Frau fühlt man sich da nicht unbedingt sicher. Dass auch ständig die Türen zugeknallt wurden, machte es nicht wirklich entspannter. Zu den Wohnungen: Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig und wirken insgesamt veraltet. Besonders fragwürdig war die Situation mit dem Badezimmer.Das Fenster führte direkt zur Küche, was aus hygienischer Sicht äußerst unangenehm ist. Der Zustand war ebenfalls nicht angenehm. Es war sichtbar verschmutzt. Zusätzlich traten Probleme wie Teppichkäfer, sowie defekte Steckdosenleisten auf, was sowohl unhygienisch als auch potenziell gefährlich ist. Für Familien, Pärchen und Durchreisenden kann ich die Appartments nicht empfehlen, trotz der eigentlich ruhigen Gegend. Selbst die Anwohner sind davon wenig begeistert und haben sogar den Gastarbeitern mit Polizei gedroht.
