The accommodation is as excellent! We felt very much at home and comfortable.

We aren’t really about the Haven experience but we chose it because of its closeness to Edinburgh.

Clean and comfortable

Description was luxury lodge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In fact the second bedroom was only suitable for young children and not two adults. Also there was only one shower between us so not what we were expecting.

The place has not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Everything from surfaces and sofas to bed linen and towels was covered in black dog hair. We contacted the administration and they sent the cleaning crew to clean again, but still the towels were covered in dog hair.
