Everything was great about it! Superb location, comfy bed (firm but we loved them).. soft pillows.. clean beds and apartment.. staff were great! Booking services were great! I would differently stay here again when I come back to Venice thanks for making it a blast!

The staff really helped us out and helped us get into the room quick, as well as checked that we would be settled and not have any problems during our stay. They certainly saved us from a big headache!
Not much to complain about! I would have liked to use the washer, but I understand that was not included in the amenities so its no big deal.

Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, pomimo tego, że apartament był schowany w kamienicy to nie było czuć wilgoci. Można przewietrzyć apartament, serdecznie polecam.
Mogłoby być trochę czyściej i była brudna kołdra oraz ręczniki. Poduszki śmierdziały trochę potem ale dało radę się przespać przez 2 noce.

Η τοποθεσία αρκετά βολική, τα κρεβάτια άνετα, μια χαρά για έναν ύπνο.
Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό, τα σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρα ήταν τελειωμένα, δεν υπήρχαν δεύτερες πετσέτες, το τσεκ ιν γίνεται σε ένα περιθώριο 4 ωρών αργά το μεσημέρι κατόπιν ραντεβού με την διαχειρίστρια. Μας χρέωσε έξτρα φόρο 20 ευρώ.
