Good location close to the old town.
Room was smaller than the photos suggested and the bed was not really suitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues as it involved climbing over a low wooden storage unit/bench seat. The room would benefit from curtains as it was very bright due to the steel shutters allowing too much light to enter.
Instructions for vacating were misleading. We were told to leave the key in the room when leaving. As we had not used the car during our stay, we were unaware that the car needed to be driven out of the car park using the key fob before returning the keys. We were stuck in the car park for 15 minutes until we found someone to let us out.

The location is great, 5 minute walk from the old town and the parking was very convenient. Very clean.
Unfortunately my experience with Elsa, from the conciergerie, was disappointing form the outset. The very first response I received began with 'listen...', which I found unnecessarily confrontational and quite rude. This set an unpleasant tone from the beginning, which continued when I subsequently explained that I would not have phone connection on arrival. The issue of how to pick up the keys was ultimately resolved but I would have expected a more courteous and professional approach. The whole experience left a disappointing impression before I had even arrived.
Quick note about the bed - very comfortable mattress but a strange arrangement where you have to climb over an in-built blanket box thing to get in and out. Be sure to be mildly athletic if you book the 'Irrisistible' room.
