This property was great. Space and layout were top notch.
The heavy down comforters were too hot for 85° temps with 90% humidity. The elevator stopping at the second floor every trip up and down was a nuisance.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and felt very new. Everything was well maintained and made our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, comfortable and excellent value for money. We stayed for 10 nights with our 1-year-old baby, and having a full kitchen, washer/dryer and plenty of living space made it feel like our own home in Kyoto. The location was also very convenient, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The taxi stand right downstairs was especially helpful when traveling with a baby. The team was always very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.
Only very minor points: there was just one toilet, which may be a little inconvenient for larger groups, and we would love to see more baby amenities in the future, such as a sterilizer or baby bathtub. Neither affected our stay in any meaningful way.

Het appartement is super hoogwaardig afgewerkt. Alles voelt heel nieuw en luxueus aan. Wij verbleven met 4 personen in een groot appartement (12personen) waardoor het wel prijzig was. Maar als je hier met meer kan verblijven of een kleiner appartement kan boeken is de prijs kwaliteit erg goed! Beste bedden waar we in Japan op sliepen!
Wij verbleven in een appartement op de bovenste verdieping aan de achterzijde van het gebouw en hadden enorm veel last van geluidsoverlast door de technische installaties. Vooral in de slaapkamers was er een continu gezoom/getril voel en hoorbaar. Dit was erg jammer want daardoor hadden we een erg slechte nachtrust.
