La posizione dello stabile è molto buona, abbastanza vicina al centro, comoda alla fermata di vari autobus, di fianco a un supermercato aperto tutti i giorni fino alle 23.
Camera e bagno molto grandi e spaziosi.
Quando siamo arrivate la camera non era ancora stata pulita e l'addetto non era stato avvisato di preparare la stanza.
La camera non è mai stata pulita, il che per me in una struttura del genere non è accettabile.
La stanza comune è sempre stata chiusa, l'addetto alle pulizie ha detto di non averla mai vista aperta.

We stayed 3 nights. The self-check in was good but the times are very strict, we had to wait for 1 hour in a café nearby as it was impossible to enter before 3pm. Location was good, very close to a bus stop, although we hardly used it as we preferred the 30 mins walk to the center.
Also very nice to have a Sainsbury just next door, so we could get fresh warm pastries for breakfast in the morning and all we needed.
The room and bathroom were clean
The room was very small for 2 people.
Also it was only equipped for 1.. only 2 small towels and 1 big, just 2 pillows, while everywhere in Scotland we had found 2 pillows per person.
Since for medical reason I need to sleep with my head up I wrote to staff and asked for 2 more pillows and another big towel. The towel was delivered right away, but for pillows I had to wait the next day, plus they forgot to put pillow cases on them!
I have to say the room was clean but there was a terrible smell in the room (and rest of the building too), room carpet and chair were full of stains, which gave an impression of dirt to the place.
The shower was the bath tub type but the glass which was supposed to protect the bathroom from shower spray doesn't work at all, resulting in flooding the bathroom every time, even if we tried to be extra careful.
As many people noted the window curtain gives no shade, but that o knew from comments and I brought an eye mask.
We are usually not too fussy about rooms, we also stayed in a couple of hostels (where we had great service!), but considering the price we paid per night in here, the room standard was very low and I wouldn't recommend it.

Convenient location, relatively low price. The bed was very good and my room at the back was really quiet at night. There was no armchair or sofa, but I was out all day and in the evenings.
Very basic furnishings, and no curtains – just vertical blinds. The many fire doors bang loudly when people go along the corridor. The radiator didn’t work, and they didn’t come to fix it when I complained.
