It has a very spacious living area. Lots of kitchen gear, a refrigerator, as well as a washing machine.
Quite handy to the main attractions of Gent. Only about a 15min walk. The photos on the site give you a very clear picture of the unit.
Good value. Helpful owner.
Just be aware there are a number of spiral steps up to the second floor. Only a problem if you have lots of suitcases.

Struttura con ampio soggiorno, cucina funzionale con lavatrice. Bagno cieco ma funzionale. Un piccolo balcone affacciato sull interno dove potevi fare colazione e consumare i pasti. Posizione vicino al centro. 10 minuti a piedi. La persona che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile, ha anticipato il check in su nostra richiesta e ci ha detto che per qualsiasi problema o domanda di contattarla. Ancora complimenti
Il letto è soppalcato, e c è una scala ripida per accedervi. Strada un po’ rumorosa di notte

close to everything, quite comfy, many equipments, oddly calm despite the lively neighbourhood, nice view!
Maybe some darker blinders for the vivid light early in the morning, and of course the athletic access to the mezzanine but you are warned from the start!

Well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of centre city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of kitchenware and washing machine was a bonus. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Priyanka was very responsive and met me to handover keys. I appreciated help with my suitcase up the stairs.
On second floor with no lift may be difficult for some and as photos show bed is on a mezzanine. No aircon only fans which was a little challenging when visiting during the heatwave. Not a lot of drawers/wardrobe space when staying for multiple days.
