Great Location just not worth the price until much needed improvements are made
Location to the beach
Needs complete sanitation between bookings. New sofas and chairs- the existing ones are deplorable; it should not be advertised as a bed(s) to sleep on. It like extremely worn college/frat house furniture. Entire house needs to be repainted indoors. Most of the blinds are broken or missing multiple slats. The windows have a film on them that you can barely see out of. The ceiling fans are very dirty; Couldn't use them with bad allergies. The Bathrooms are very dated! The down stairs microwave did not work. The positive was that it was 2 kitchens because this property is actually a double (i.e. A/B) which is why there are 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. When you compare it to the other properties surrounding it in the Destiny Beach villas - the cost is not matching!!
The patio/balconies are so small you cannot move easily on it with others especially while trying to enjoy the lake.
Parking was the other positive- 4 spots
When pets are allowed- extra sanitation NEEDS to be completed due to allergies of others. Or different furniture that can easily be wiped down. And lastly the pool that's pictured with this property is not the pool guest can use; the pool is in the middle of the destiny beach villas area. So definitely not steps away!! It's more of a short walk! Also the photos need to be completely updated because they don't reflect the reality.
