The location was in a great neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to and from the train station. And the elevator was an added benefit! The apartment was just beautiful, very luxe. A washing machine was a great addition for us to use in the middle of our trip. Be aware that there was no dryer, so we just hung up the clothes on the drying rack and around the apartment on the many provided hangers.
I wish the owner provided a few tea bags in addition to the espresso pods for the tea drinker. A full length mirror would be a nice addition also. Thankfully I ran into a neighbor in the hallway to show me how to get the hidden key out. The host needs to explain that procedure better.

The quality of this accommodation is impeccable.
The facilities are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need provided.
The building also has an elevator, and the quiet surroundings made for an extremely pleasant stay.
Because this is a self-check-in property, I was heavily reliant on customer support, which turned out to be a complete disaster.
Response times were incredibly slow—often taking 1 to 2 hours even when I needed urgent help.
When I asked about early luggage storage, they confirmed it was possible but then vanished without providing instructions on how to enter the building. When I had issues with the washing machine, they simply told me to 'look it up online' myself.
I even had to prompt them to get the check-out time.
The service was utterly useless.
One more thing, when taking a long hot shower, water starts leaking from the kitchen sink area.
