"브러시(머리 빛)/면도기/치약/치솔"이 없었던 점이 아쉬웠습니다.
복도에서 청소년들이 뛰어다니며 큰 소리로 떠드는 것을 직원들이 방치하는 것이 아쉬웠습니다

Self-checkin was actually quick. Liked the little cafe bloom. Nice being by â convenience store that was inside the hotel. Ondul floors good. Good view of ocean. Right by water.
The road was packed with large buses, LOL. But we were dropped off by front anyways.

La habitación y baño
No había servicio de aseo diario, pedí ayuda para botar alguna que otra bolsa de basura, ya que me hospede durante 20 días y nadie se quería hacer cargo.
Como compartir el mismo edificio con un hotel del casi mismo nombre, la gente del mostrado al momento de saber que habías agendado por Booking no tenían la voluntad de contestar ninguna pregunta, lo cual simplemente es grosero. No hay buena comunicación con quienes trabajan para este hospedaje. Tienen problemas para confirmar si hay alguien en las habitaciones o no, el segundo día de mi llegada, una chica simplemente abrió mi habitación preguntando qué hacía yo ahí, el miedo que me provocó el que alguien, quien fuese pudiese entrar sin explicación alguna, sin aviso, me hizo sentir insegura toda la instancia, ella se presentó que era la "Manager" del lugar y que en el sistema no le figuraba mi llegada, siendo que yo contaba con el documento del check-in. No cuentan con restaurante en el día, solo por las mañanas y como no es exactamente de las instalaciones de esta reserva tenías que pagar precio completo.
