I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They even upgraded my room, which was a very kind gesture and made my visit even more enjoyable.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. My room was cleaned regularly, the towels were replaced, and the trash was taken out every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food to start the day. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and visit the city's main attractions.
After I checked out, the hotel kindly allowed me to leave my luggage there for an additional five hours, which was extremely convenient and greatly appreciated.
Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would happily stay here again.
The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi. Occasionally, it would stop working, but whenever I informed the staff, they restarted the router, and the connection worked well again. It wasn't a major problem thanks to their quick assistance.

Пришлось задержаться в Стамбуле, т.к летела транзитом и не успела на свой самолет. Ночью забронировала гостиницу не далеко от Аксарая. Подтверждение гостиницы пришло быстро, плюс в том что оплата на месте.
Добиралась шатлом от нового аэропорта до Аксарая. В местности я плохо ориентируюсь и было опасно одной с чемоданом идти ночью. На помощь пришел сотрудник одного из отелей около остановки , который позвонил в мой отель с просьбой сопроводить. Сразу же пришли за мной двое мужчин и благополучно сопроводили отеля.
Персонал любезный, всегда старались помочь, подсказать что где находится, угощали кофем, завтрак был включен . Отель находится рядом с метро от которого можно быстро с одной пересадкой добраться до аэропорта имени Сабихи Гекчен. Номер довольно просторный, соответствует фотографиям на сайте.
