Very local for catching early ferry in the morning, spotlessy clean, air conditioning, large tv n full kitchen facilities

It was a good location for us as getting boat from Barbour the next morning
When booked had a message asking what time we arrive I said we land in Phuket 8pm then need to drive so probs around 9 ish, when we get there she wasn’t happy we were arriving late took us to our room then said oh she can’t find the key it’s lost so to stay in our room and lock it from the inside and just leave it open when we leave the next day, which made us uncomfortable and awkward as we had been traveling since 6am it was 9pm we wanted to go out get dinner but we couldn’t as we went back down to reception whilst my partner stayed as didn’t want to leave room unlocked and all staff were gone I had to ask security outside the hotel to let me back in as had no key card I think it was poor
