Location is good, nice and close to the beach. Walking distance to coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and a checkers. The manager, Chip, is amazing and truly made the stay amazing. Communal kitchen is very welcoming, with beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean in the distance. Very clean and neat. Nice and quiet area, lots of birdlife.
I would have appreciated slightly better security e.g. bars on windows, a stronger / more secure door but this is more of a personal preference than anything else.

Very clean and comfortable.
Could have additional blankets or electric blanket in winter. Fresh towels where still a bit wet.
