Booked The Luxe Suites, but was placed elsewhere with missing advertised facilities

The area is convenient, and I was familiar with it from a previous stay. The building advertised in the listing (The Luxe Suites at Infinitum) has a good location, a 7-Eleven, cafés and other shops nearby

I booked The Luxe Suites at Infinitum specifically because I had stayed there before and wanted that building. Instead, I was placed in Majestic Residence, which has different facilities and a much less attractive view. The apartment did not match the advertised facilities. The listing states that a microwave is included, but there was no microwave in the apartment. One apartment also had a refrigerator that barely cooled food, while another had no electric cooktop. Majestic Residence does not have the cafés, convenience stores and amenities available in The Luxe Suites. There is only a vending coffee machine in the building. Communication was poor. I reported the missing microwave multiple times and was told that one would be provided, but it never happened during my stay. Messages regarding the missing facilities went unanswered for days. When the owner finally responded, the discussion focused on my proposed early check-out and refusal of a refund for the final night rather than resolving the missing amenities. Overall, the accommodation I received was significantly different from what was advertised in the listing.
