House itself was nice and clean, in a nice location overlooking a lake.
4 things:
- we had to roll up the deck windows ourselves which took some time as they were quite high & not easy to reach. Lots of spiders in our way as we were doing it too. Deck area had not been cleaned.
- No salt & pepper provided which was irritating when we cooked. If these small items are not provided, just mention it in the property info so we can bring our own.
- Couldn't find the tv remote and had to search for it. Would expect the owner to have done that before we arrived.
- Arrived at reception to pick up keys & was handed an unexpected invoice of 40 euro. The tourist-tax we expected but an extra 32 euro was charged as 'daily fees' (vague description given). When I searched for it, it was mentioned in the booking confirmation email which is you receive after booking the property. Extra hidden costs like this should be mentioned upfront in the cost info and not after you've already booked it. In my opinion, those fees relate to the property's location in the park and should be paid by the owners - not the guests.

De locatie is perfect, direct aan het strand met een prachtig terras vol meubilair, afgeschermd met stevige afritsbare plastic windschermen, aan het einde van een campingweggetje. De keuken van het ruim opgezette prefab huisje heeft een oven, vaatwasser, magnetron, en het huisje heeft twee wc's en een apart badkamertje. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een ruime 'walk-in' closet, ook de kleinere slaapkamer heeft een ruimte hang-legkast. In de zomer lijkt ons dit een geweldig fijne plek.
De bedden en de kussens hebben plastic hoezen. Het woon-keukengedeelte heeft alleen felle plafondlichten, die niet dimbaar zijn; een beetje sfeerverlichting zou fijn zijn. Wij waren er op een winderige dag in februari en kregen het huisje niet hoger verwarmd dan 16.5 graden. Er lag bovendien een schriftelijke mededeling, dat een eventuele nabetaling gedaan moest worden bij overmatig energieverbruik. Bij Booking.com wordt vermeld 'koffiezetapparaat', dus we dachten dat we filterkoffie moesten maken en waren niet voorbereid op de Senseo. De prijs van het huren van linnengoed is p.p., wat niet duidelijk wordt vermeld. Ook zijn er nog parkeerkosten te voldoen.
