Clean and cozy place!)
I have no complaints about the agent or the property.
However, I do have a question for Booking.com.
The initial price was RM90 (excluding taxes and fees), but the total amount I paid was RM227 (!). I assumed this amount included the RM100 deposit, but it didn’t.
I was surprised to find out that I had to transfer the deposit separately to the agent in order to access the property.
This was quite disappointing, and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this kind of “surprise” when using Booking.
P.S. I have no complaints about the agent—the deposit was refunded immediately.
But once again, I’ve learned that it may be better to use other platforms where everything is clearer, easier, and the final price doesn’t suddenly increase to more than twice the original amount

Love the privacy, easy access to the beach and very quiet.
Both the apartment and the whole resort are very rundown ,which is a shame.
