I had a great stay at this apartment. The check-in process was straightforward and the communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was exactly as described and I didn't experience any issues during my stay.

The apartment itself is fine, clean and tidy, TV was awesome very big maybe 75” plus!
DIY vibes, the toilet had a black plastic bag covering the sistern, there is a gap in the kitchen counter and a bunch of small issues like that. It’s fine really but not premium. The disaster is the area, huge derelict boarded building opposite, the level of bird poop at the main entrance is vile! The entrance instructions were so poor assume because there is no way they can show pictures of the entrance without throwing up, they messaged on the day saying they’d just been notified the lift was broken, complete disaster for me, 2 kids, pushchair, suitcases and shopping up 3 huge flights of stairs, each is more like 2 flights, it was so bad we avoided leaving wherever possible. The bedrooms are like saunas, in fairness there were fans, but the dealbreaker is the double height roof windows with no way to cover them, so in August it is bright till 11pm then again bright at 5am, impossible to sleep! Just stay at a hotel you will regret this place like I did, host doesn’t care about the lift, my belief is they know and lied as I can see months old reviews that say it was broken!
