The worst booking ever
The location of small shops and restaurants.
This resort has an outdated look in some areas. And the fact that I booked our room through Booking. That was a room owned by a private owner and I didn't find out until we were headed to the resort that we could not use all the amenities at the property because we booked an owner's room. We could only use the pool area.
We did not have access to the resort's bowling alley, gift shop, Starbucks, or
Restaurant. Upon entering our room and looking around, I contacted the owner. I'm assuming.
By message to make them aware of the cleanliness of the room. The refrigerator was dirty, looking like some black mold was on the shelf, and some pieces of food was in the bottom of the refrigerator, the bathroom had dirty stained towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door, Most of the furniture had some type of stain or spill on them, the bathtub had stains, and the outside patio area patio furniture was dirty and the carpet was covered in sand and hair. I sent a message to the owner about the bad cleanliness of the room and the dirty towels. And they sent me back pictures of what they were sent from whoever cleans their rooms which the angles of the pictures taken were totally different from what I found in the room. The next day while we were out someone came into our room and took some of the dirty towels and didn't replace them with clean ones that was the only room service we had the entire time. When I messaged about it, I was told that the bathroom rack was full of clean towels. (And that was not done.) Only 3 towels were left in the bathroom for a family of 4. At this point, I was so disappointed with this booking and this resort. I messaged the owner and told them we would go out and purchase our own towels so we wouldn't have to wait for someone to show up. Because they never could give us a time when they would be there. Or just having someone random in our room with our personal belongings.
