Parking instructions:
2x Parking passes are left on the counter for guests to use during their stay. There is 1 assigned and labeled space for this unit (right in front) and unlabeled spots are first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. NO PETS (ESA certification required)
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

Great location and the layout and setup was perfect for our needs (4 adults, 2 kids and a toddler). Ocean view, first floor, plenty of parking, pool and private beach access. They've done a pretty good job with updates in the condo, somethings are a little dated, but it got the job done for the price and would definitely rent again. There were some issues that were immediately resolved by the property mgmt group, they were very attentive and quick to respond

We had a great week and the condo was very nice and clean. It was well stocked and well kept. The management/owner was very responsive during the entire process from booking to checking out.
