l Optional pool and spa heating is available for $175 per day (minimum two consecutive days). Heating is recommended during the cooler months and must be arranged prior to your stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 5 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10PM on weekdays and 11pm on weeknights, including basketball court, decks, balconies, spas, and pools.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and couldn’t recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself was beautifully presented, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The amenities and facilities were outstanding. The pool area was amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. One of our favourite features was the cinema room, which made our evenings so enjoyable and felt like a real luxury experience. It really added something special to our stay.The property was very well equipped, with great attention to detail in all areas. Everything was thoughtfully set up to make guests feel comfortable and at home.A special thank you to our property manager, Kirby, who was incredible throughout the whole experience. Kirby was friendly, professional, and very responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed during our stay.Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and high quality stay.
