About this house rental
Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located studio in Downtown Long Beach/North East Village. You will be minutes from the heart of Downtown Long Beach, the Convention Center, restaurants, shopping centers, coffee shops/bakeries, museums/attractions and the shoreline/ocean. It is one mile to the beach, one mile to the Convention Center, three miles to the cruise line terminal & Queen Mary Waterfront, and five miles to the airport.
This is a spacious, bright, and comfy front unit studio. It is a single level 600 sq ft home (duplex) with large windows allowing for plenty of natural sunlight. Whether you're attending a weekend event or a weeklong conference, this is the perfect place to stay. This studio has all the amenities to make you feel right at home.

The host is a great communicator and has put together a cozy retreat in a central part of LBC. The main road can be a little loud during the day but it was quiet when went to bed. There is a lot of space and the full kitchen with seating is a great addition. There are thoughtful touches throughout the space and it gave my stay that personal touch that made it feel like home. Thank you!
