About this house rental
GREAT Pigeon Forge Location - Off Wears Valley Rd.
Relax with the entire family at this cozy 3 level cabin (2300sqft)

5 bedrooms +loft bedroom (Sleeps 15), 4 bathrooms + game room with pool table, arcade games, tv and games.
Large, private hot tub.
Putt Putt/ Mini Golf on the deck.
Several fireplaces.
Stocked kitchen and grill.
Community pool open May 30th - Labor Day
The space
Top Floor-Luxurious Master suite with grotto style jacuzzi tub, stone fireplace, flat screen and private full bath, queen bed and TV.
Main Floor- TV room/living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with king bed, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom. Hot tub and outdoor dining off of the main floor back patio.
Bottom floor- GameRoom with large TV, pool table, arcade and pullout sofa, bedroom with a full bed and twin with en suite full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, laundry
We provide a starter pack with dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper for a few days. For longer stays you will need to purchase these items.
•3 tier deck with seating- the higher you go the better the view!
•Private on site parking and no steep roads to drive to cabin
• Extremely safe area (but watch out for bear!)
• 5 miles (12 mins) from downtown Pigeon Forge
• 12 miles (22 mins) to Gatlinburg

• Beware that there are several staircases to navigate
Guests have access to the entire cabin, hot tub, washer and dryer. Please make yourself at home.
Guests have access to the community pool, typically open May 30-Labor Day.

Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If you do run into an issue, we will do our best to make it right ASAP, but, there is no one living on the property.
What we love about this house:
-The game room - arcade games, pool table. Fun for the whole family!
-The hot tub - oversized and private on the back porch
-The layout is such that there are several gathering space and enough room to spread out, so our large groups don't feel crowded.
-Even though the property is in a neighborhood, our house is tucked towards the back on a long driveway, so it feels more private than the rest of the homes in the neighborhood.
