This comfortable Cottage is ideally located on the foreshore of Port Macdonnell. Sit and relax whilst enjoying the stunning views of the ocean and the harbour. PET FRIENDLY with a secure fenced rear garden. Pets are welcome to be inside the cottage. Pet fee applies. Plenty of room for cars and a boat in the driveway. The property hosts 2 bedrooms,1 Bathroom. 2 toilets and Laundry facilities. Guests have access to a Lockup Garage, undercover BBQ with a seating area. Seaview Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Jetty, Playground, Takeaway shops, Victoria Hotel, General Store, Pharmacy, Community Complex/Library and Periwinkles Cafe. If preferred a short drive brings you to the Lighthouse and sceanic ocean lookouts.

Excellent place to stay in Port Macdonnell. Comfortable, clean and yes…there is a seaview. Would not hesitate to book again.

We loved the location of Sea View cottage, the view from the little front room overlooked the ocean and we enjoyed watching all the fishing boats coming and going, we found lots to see, people were friendly and welcoming and the food experience was amazing, we would certainly return to stay at Port McDonnell

This charming cottage is within walking distance of everything - beach, cafes, etc. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, the beds are comfortable and the sunroom is great for meals with a view. So happy to find pet-friendly accommodation with all amenities and a wonderful view.

My wife and I had the best time, very thing was perfect. The property is close to heaps of things to see and the fish & chips shop a short walk away serves the best you will find anywere. The house was clean and very thing was thought of, even chocolates in fridge. I am usually hard on reviews but this time the only thing I could find to complain about was the weather. I would recomend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in your cute cottage. It was quiet and peaceful with great views of the cray fleet and fishing dingys from the sunroom.
The sunroom and back yard a favourite for us and our dogs. A well equipped cottage with comfortable beds. Great views and good dog friendly beach and parkland. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The cottage was brilliant! We had a wonderful weekend for the Port MacDonnell Sailing Regatta! Perfect location, walking distance from the shops and the sailing club. Beautiful view and easy amenities for a great weekend stay! It was super convenient as we were able to bring our furry family member with us. We will definitely be back!

Excellent with the dogs they had the whole garage to sleep in. The living areas were clean and the heater was on when we arrived. But then when I opened up the kitchen cupboards they were dirty inside, hadn’t been wiped out in a while. The bedside draws in the bedroom stunk and there was a resident spider in mine. (So they weren’t used) and we weren’t even given a clean kitchen sponge someone else’s dirty one.
Port MacDonnell is a lovely place to visit the maritime museum is pretty good, and lots of things to see an do. But just a little more care needs to be taken of the property.

Cathy and Adam have a comfortable house ideally located overlooking the harbour and ocean yet within walking distance to most amenities. The local people we met were very friendly and the neighbourhood was quiet (pre-Easter holidays). Had time permitted, we would have loved to have stayed longer.

When we contacted the owners about how dirty it was and sent through photo's we were brushed off as to bad! When we rented the property it was listed as 2 bedroom, when we got there the second bedroom was locked, therefore my family member who was sharing the house with me had to sleep on the couch, just not good enough, I will never recommend this property to anyone, the whole experience was was disgusting

We loved Port Macdonnell. There is so much to do in the area, great bike and walking tracks, mount shank is just down the road with a fantastic hiking track, great local pub and everybody was so friendly. Our cottage was in a fantastic location, we spent a lot of time in the sun room admiring the stunning view. The cottage was cosy, clean and tidy, had everything you needed and secure yard for your dog. We arrived on a cold afternoon and the heater was on for us, which was lovely! Communication with the owners was excellent! We will definitely be back to beautiful Port Macdonnell.

Short stay
Would be absolutely lovely for summer...but with how cold this past month has been the a/c struggled to keep up. Plus having to go to the toilet or shower out of the main house made it a dreaded trip to the facilities. If it was summer there would not be an issue at all. We all still enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely little cottage with magnificent views. I look forward to booking for a summer trip. Thankyou
