Enjoy convenient self check-in with a Smart Lock. Your personal entry code will be provided 3 days before check-in.
Guests have access to:

• Elevators
Pay-per-use laundry facilities are available in Buildings 1, 3, and 5. Please note that this unit is located in Building 4.
There are 2 elevators serving the building, with access from the first floor.

Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
A parking pass is required and is provided at no charge by the Manager's Office in Building 3, ground floor.
Office hours are Monday–Saturday.
If you arrive after office hours, please place the following information visibly on your dashboard until you can obtain your official parking pass:
• Your name
• Phone number
• Unit number
RV and trailer parking are not permitted.

• No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, including e-cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.
• No pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation submitted prior to arrival.
• No parties or events.
• Minimum rental age: 24 years old.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Place was very clean, left water, soft drinks and wine for us. Had beach chairs, towels and other supplies which was very helpful. Also provided sunscreen, moisturizer and some hair products. All nice conveniences that we were not expecting. Was nice to sit out on the lanai and have our coffee in the morning. The pool for our building was closed but we were able to use the pool at another building. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Danae is an exceptional host with a beautiful condominium. Communication was excellent, the unit was well stocked with beach supplies, and the walk to the beach is very short. We will definitely be back—don’t hesitate to book!
