About this house rental
Bring the whole crew to Surfside Beach and settle into a bright, comfortable 5-bedroom home just a short walk from the sand and minutes from downtown Surfside.
Main level:
You will find an open kitchen and living area made for meals, games, and movie nights, plus a king bedroom on this level. Step out to the balcony for morning coffee and coastal breezes.
Second floor:
Four additional bedrooms with convenient access to bathrooms, so everyone has space and privacy after a full day at the beach. Washer & Dryer: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, making longer stays even more comfortable.
The private pool is the star of the show, with the option to have the pool heated and cooled (for an additional fee) so you can enjoy it in any season. Traveling with a pup? This home is pet-friendly, and the outdoor elevator makes it easy to get to the main level with luggage and groceries. (Prior notice must be given if you would like to use the elevator.)
Amenities include:
~High-speed WiFi and streaming-enabled TVs
~Washer & dryer in unit
~Central A/C and ceiling fans
~Private heated or cooled pool
Walk to the beach, rinse off, then head to downtown Surfside Beach for the pier, local eats, and shops. This is the kind of place that turns a weekend into a tradition.
2 small Dogs are permitted(under 30 pounds), with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Cats and other pets are NOT permitted. Any unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet.

- Towels, wash clothes, and bathmats for all bathrooms
We provide a starter pack of amenities:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- Trash bags for all trash cans
- Shampoo and conditioner

- Dishwasher pods
- Dish soap and sponge
- Multi-purpose cleaning spray
MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
Guests will be responsible for misuse of the elevator.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

So the place was good. Had a lot of things for kids the pool close to the beach. The only negative I had is the mattresses and every room you laid on them and you sunk they were terrible terrible I literally slept with a blanket and a pillow on the floor for three nights that I was there just because it was more comfortable. My feedback would be to the owner that they really need to to change out the mattresses and update them other than that I have no other complaints with the property.

Walkable distance to the ocean. Home and yard needs some serious TLC. It was very spacious, with a wonderful layout.
