LUXE ON JOE is trimmed with lush gardens, pathways throughout the property that lead to a secluded beach shoreline and a large sundeck off the boathouse. Entertain your guests using one of the many outdoor seating areas overlooking iconic views of Lake Joe. Enjoy the 18' x 75' dock by the shoreline and featuring 2 double chaise loungers, an outdoor living room set including a sofa, 2 side chairs, and a coffee and dining table. Inside the boathouse, guests will find a large "L" shaped sofa, 2 side chairs, 2 coffee tables, 2 side tables, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 with large umbrella. For outdoor entertaining closer to the kitchen, an oval 6 person dining room table is located on stone patio outside the Drawing Room. Lastly, for those looking to spend some time by the shoreline, Muskoka chairs can be found on the sandy beach and a newly added kitchenette in the boathouse.
