Only the location. Also the responsiveness of the hotel management to several problems that we experienced during our stay that make our experience to be bad with the hotel. To be honest the staff is very responsive and trying thier best to resolve the issue.
The booking.com rating is misleading. The hotel has a lot of issues that make our experience bad. The issues are summarised as followings:
1- Broken luck of the balcony door which resulted in getting all the street noise to the room. This resulted in changing the room after check- in
2- Also the AC for the rooms in 11 th floor is not efficient causing the room to be very hot. It is worth to highlight that the room in the 11 th floor has been changed two times which is not convenient. In total we have changed rooms three times considering both balcony doors and AC.
3- The service in the breakfast fast was lower than standard.
4-The GYM of the hotel was closed during our stay.
