Nice big room with sea view, clean sheets and comfy bed to sleep in. Staff were helpful and very nice.
Toilet seat could have been cleaner (i saw stains). Also location wasnt the best as well, there is nothing to do in that area so make sure to rent a car or order a taxi everywhere

Everything was nice. We spent a great time in the hotel. Apartment was on 11th floor with sea view.. Clean, cozy, we really enjoyed. Recomended

The room was fair, and the sea view was nice.
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, Murad and Emre. They were consistently rude and unhelpful. Whenever we asked for assistance, their response was, “It’s not our job,” and their overall attitude toward customers was unprofessional and unfriendly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service standard expected.
There is only one elevator available for guests in a 15-floor building, which causes long wait times and inconvenience. Meanwhile, there’s a separate hidden elevator designated for hotel staff that you can use.
