No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited. This is a family-oriented building, and we respect our neighbors.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect neighboring units.
No Ski Boots Inside: To protect the floors, please remove ski boots and outdoor footwear at the entrance. Do not walk on carpets or flooring with ski boots.
Maximum Occupancy: The booking is valid for the specific number of guests listed.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed. (Note: If you decided to allow pets, change this to `Pets must be pre-approved and the pet fee paid.`)

Please load and start the dishwasher before leaving.
Remove all garbage and recycling to the designated building bins.
